수료생(재학생 아님)의 연구등록금 납부 관련 안내드리오니 참고바랍니다.

◆ 해당학기 연구등록금 및 연구생증명비 납부자가 도서관 이용이 시급한 경우 '수료생 도서관 이용 신청' 게시판에 글을 남겨주시면 도서관에서 처리해 드립니다.

▶연구등록금 납부기간

※ 특례(소급) 신청자 추가 1회 고지분은 추가등록기간에 납부함

▶고지서 출력 위치 : 학생클래스넷 > 연구등록(수료생) → 해당되는 고지서 확인

1. 2026학년도 2학기 연구등록금 납부 

 가. 고지서 조회: 클래스넷 – 연구등록(수료생) - 연구등록금 고지서 출력

 나. 대상: 2026. 8. 31.까지의 수료생 중 2026학년도 2학기 연구등록금 고지 대상자

 [클래스넷 – 연구등록(수료생) - 연구등록금 납부현황]에서 확인

 다. 등록기간: 상기 표 참고

 라. 고지 횟수 및 금액(수료 후 최대 4회 고지함, 필수 납부)

 1) 석사: 12만원

 2) 박사: 수업료의 10%

 3) 국제디자인전문대학원(석,박사): 12만원

 ◎ 단, 논문제출기한 연장이 승인된 학생은 승인 당해학기 필수 납부 → 추가등록기간에 납부

2. 연구등록금 미납분 일괄 납부

 가. 고지서 조회: 클래스넷 – 연구등록(수료생) - 연구등록금 고지 미납분 일괄 출력

 나. 대상자: 2026. 9. 23.(수)까지 연구등록금 미납분이 있는 모든 수료생

 다. 등록기간: 2026. 9. 28.(월)~9. 29.(화) 23:00까지 신한은행 가상계좌 이체

 ◎ 이 때 가상계좌 이체는 미납분 전액만 가능합니다.

 ◎ 일부 납부만 원하는 경우: 학기별로 나눠서 별도 계좌를 확인하여 납부(계좌 확인 320-1293 또는 grad1297@hongik.ac.kr)

 ◎ 유의사항：특히 2026학년도 2학기에 논문/개별연구과제 심사를 예정하고 있는 수료생은 이 기간 중 반드시 미납된 연구등록금을 완납해야 논문/개별연구과제 심사 신청을 할 수 있음.

 라. (안내)연구등록금은 논문심사 여부와 관계없이, 수료 후 학위 취득을 위한 연구 지속 및 학적 유지를 위해 납부하는 금액입니다. 미납된 연구등록금 있는 경우   완납하셔야 졸업이 가능합니다.

3. 연구생증명비(필수 납부 아님, 도서관 이용/ 증명서 발급 필요시 납부)

 가. 연구등록금 고지 학기가 지난 대학원생 중 도서관 자료검색, 대출, 증명서 발급 등의 이용이 필요하신 분은 당해학기 ‘연구생증명비’를 납부하면 이용이 가능합니다.

 나. 등록기간: 상기 표 참고

 다. 연구생증명비는 더 이상 연구등록금이 고지되지 않는 학기에 도서자료 이용 등 본인의 필요에 의해 납부하는 비용으로, 납부한 이후에는 일체 환불되지 않습니다.

 라. 금액: 석·박사 공통 12만원(논문제출시한 학기까지 고지), 선택 납부

4. 참고사항

 가. 동일한 학기에 [연구등록금]과 [연구생증명비]를 중복 납부하지 않습니다.

 ▶ 연구등록금이 고지되어 있다면 [연구등록금] 우선 납부

 나. 논문심사를 위해 미납된 연구등록금을 전액 납부했더라도 고지학기에 이번학기(2026-2학기)가 포함되어 있지 않으면 도서관 자료 이용을 할 수 없습니다.

다. 학생 본인이 근로자인 경우: 연말정산용 교육비 납입증명서 출력

Notice Regarding Research Registration Fee Payment for Graduates Who Have Completed Coursework (Non-Enrolled Students)

Please refer to the following information regarding the payment of the research registration fee for students who have completed their coursework.

◆ If a student who has paid the research registration fee or research student certificate fee for the current semester urgently needs to use the library, please leave a message on the “Application for Library Use by Students Who Have Completed Coursework” bulletin board. The library will process the request accordingly.

※ Additional one-time billing for special (retroactive) applications must be paid during the additional registration period.

▶ Location for Printing Payment Bill

Student Classnet → Research Registration (Students Who Have Completed Coursework) → Check and print the applicable payment bill

1. Payment of Research Registration Fee for the 2nd Semester of 2026

a. Checking the payment bill

Classnet → Research Registration (Students Who Have Completed Coursework) → Print Research Registration Fee Bill

b. Eligible students

Students who completed coursework by August 31, 2026 and are subject to research registration fee billing for the 2nd semester of 2026.

c. Registration period

Refer to the table above.

d. Number of bills issued and payment amount

(The fee is billed up to four times after completion of coursework and payment is mandatory.)

1. Master’s program: KRW 120,000
2. Doctoral program: 10% of tuition
3. International Design Professional Graduate School (Master’s/Doctoral): KRW 120,000

◎ However, students whose thesis submission deadline extension has been approved must pay the research registration fee during the semester in which the extension is approved. Payment must be made during the additional registration period.

2. Payment of Unpaid Research Registration Fees

a. Checking the payment bill

Classnet → Research Registration (Students Who Have Completed Coursework) → Print Unpaid Research Registration Fee Bill

b. Eligible students

All students who have unpaid research registration fees as of September 23, 2026 (Wed).

c. Payment period

September 28, 2026 (Mon) – September 29, 2026 (Tue), until 23:00

Payment must be made through Shinhan Bank virtual account transfer.

◎ During this period, payment can only be made for the full outstanding amount.

◎ If you wish to make a partial payment:
Please check a separate account number by semester and make payment separately.

◎ Important:
Students who plan to apply for a thesis evaluation or individual research project evaluation in the 2nd semester of 2026 must complete payment of all unpaid research registration fees during this period in order to apply for evaluation.

d. Information regarding research registration fees

The research registration fee is a payment required to maintain academic status and continue research toward obtaining a degree after completion of coursework, regardless of whether the student undergoes thesis evaluation.

Students with unpaid research registration fees must pay all outstanding amounts before graduation.

3. Research Student Certificate Fee

(Not mandatory; paid only when library access or certificate issuance is needed)

a.

Graduate students who are no longer billed for research registration fees but need access to library services, such as searching library resources, borrowing materials, or issuing certificates, may use these services by paying the research student certificate fee for the current semester.

b. Registration period

c.

The research student certificate fee is a payment made according to individual needs (such as library use) during semesters when the research registration fee is no longer charged. Once paid, this fee is non-refundable.

d. Amount

KRW 120,000 for both master’s and doctoral students
(Charged until the semester of the thesis submission deadline)

4. Additional Information

a.

Students should not pay both the research registration fee and the research student certificate fee in the same semester.

▶ If the research registration fee is billed, please pay the research registration fee first.

b.

Even if a student has paid all unpaid research registration fees for thesis evaluation purposes, library services cannot be used if the billed semester does not include the current semester (2nd semester of 2026).

For students who are employed:
To print the education expense payment certificate for year-end tax settlement:
