2025학년도 후기 학위수여식(제76회) 일정을 다음과 같이 안내드리오니, 참석하시어 뜻깊은 자리를 빛내 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 일  시 : 2026. 08. 21.(금) 오전 10:30

  가. 박사학위 수여자 : 오전 9시 40분까지 입장

   ※ 박사학위 수여자는 사전 참석 의사를 밝힌 분에 한하여 지정된 좌석에 착석할 수 있으며, 참석 여부는 추후 별도로 확인할 예정입니다. 

  나. 석사학위 수여자 : 오전 10시까지 입장

   ※ 석사학위 수여자는 자유롭게 참석 가능합니다. 좌석은 일부만 마련되어 있으며, 참석 인원에 따라 착석이 어려울 수 있습니다.

2. 장 소 : 서울캠퍼스 체육관(서울시 마포구 와우산로 94)

3. 참석 대상 : 2025년도 후기 학위수여 대상자 

※ 졸업가능여부는 [클래스넷 - 논문 및 졸업 - 졸업가능여부 확인]에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

※ 가족 및 지인은 체육관 내 별도로 마련된 가족석에 착석할 수 있습니다.

4. 학위기 배부 및 석사학위 가운 대여 기간 : 2026. 8. 18.(화) ~ 8. 21.(금)

 가. 박사학위 수여 대상자는 가운을 개인별로 준비(본교 사진관(02-325-1967) 및 학위 가운 대여 업체 별도 문의)

 나. 석사학위 수여 대상자는 정해진 기간에 지정 장소로 방문하여 대여함

   1) 가운 대여는 당일에만 가능함

    ※ 필요 시 여러 차례 대여할 수 있으나, 당일 대여한 가운은 반드시 마감 시간 전까지 반납해야 함

   2) 도서 미반납시 대여 불가함

   3) 대여시 실물 신분증을 반드시 지참하여야 함(학생증 및 모바일 신분증 불가)

    ※ 대여 시 신분증 보관 후, 가운 반납시 돌려드립니다.

   4) 대리인의 경우 대리인 신분증 및 위임장(자유양식) 지참함

  다. 학위 가운 미반납시 각종 증명서 발급이 제한됨

   나. 홍문관 417호 : 학위기 및 기념품 배부

   ※ 8. 24.(월) 이후에는 대학원 각 소속 학과(전공) 사무실에서 수령합니다.(세종 및 대학로 캠퍼스는 9월 이후 방문 수령 가능)

   ※ 토·일 및 공휴일 휴무임

6. 기타 : 대학원생은 졸업준비금을 납부하지 않습니다. 학부와 혼동 없으시기를 바랍니다.  끝.

We are pleased to announce the schedule for the 76th Commencement Ceremony for the Fall 2025 graduates. 

We warmly invite you to attend this meaningful occasion.

1. Date & Time: Friday, August 21, 2026, at 10:30 AM

A. Doctoral Degree Recipients: Please be seated by 9:40 AM.

※ Only doctoral degree recipients who have confirmed their attendance in advance will be assigned designated seats. Attendance confirmation will be conducted separately at a later date.

B. Master's Degree Recipients: Please be seated by 10:00 AM.

※ Master's degree recipients are welcome to attend without prior registration. A limited number of seats will be available, and seating cannot be guaranteed depending on the number of attendees.

2. Venue: Seoul Campus Gymnasium (94 Wausan-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul)

3. Eligible Participants: Students graduating in the Fall 2025 semester

※ Graduation eligibility can be confirmed through Classnet → Thesis & Graduation → Graduation Eligibility.

※ Family members and guests may be seated in the designated family seating area inside the gymnasium.

4. Diploma Distribution and Master's Gown Rental Period: August 18 (Tue) – August 21 (Fri), 2026

A. Doctoral Degree Recipients

Doctoral degree recipients must arrange their own academic gowns. For gown rental, please contact the Hongik University Photo Studio 

(+82-2-325-1967) or an external academic gown rental provider.

B. Master's Degree Recipients

Master's degree recipients may rent an academic gown by visiting the designated rental location during the specified rental period.

1. Gowns are available for same-day rental only.

※ If necessary, gowns may be rented multiple times during the rental period. 

However, each gown rented must be returned before the closing time on the same day.

2. Students with overdue library books are not eligible to rent a gown.
3. A physical photo ID must be presented when renting a gown. (Student ID cards and mobile IDs are not accepted.)

※ Your ID will be held during the rental period and returned when the gown is returned.

C. Failure to return the academic gown will result in restrictions on the issuance of official certificates.

※ Beginning Monday, August 24, 2026, diplomas may be collected from the administrative office of each student's graduate department (major).

(For the Sejong and Daehangno Campuses, diplomas will be available for in-person pickup beginning in September.)

※ Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
