2026학년도 2학기 대학원 재학생 장학금 신청을 다음과 같이 안내하오니 기한 내에 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 신청 대상 : 2026학년도 2학기 석사 / 박사 / 통합과정 재학생(신입생, 수료생 불가)

2. 신청 가능 장학금

   가. T/AS(강의보조)장학금

  (신입생은 장학금 2차 신청(후지급) 시기에 가능, 1차 신청(선감면) 시기에 신청 불가)

   나. 입학성적우수장학금(연장)

   다. 현역군인장학금

   라. 이공계우수장학금(연장)

   마. 산업융합협동과정장학금(연장)

   바. 글로벌스칼라십(연장)

   사. 고시장학금

   ※ 그 외 장학금은 2차 신청기간에 진행 함 (8월 25일부터 접수 예정)

3. 신청서류 제출기한 : ~2026. 7. 23.(목) 16:00까지(제출 기한 엄수)     

    ※ 소속 학과별 마감일에 차이가 있을 수 있으니 반드시 마감일자 학과에 문의

    ※ 방학 중 행정실 단축 근무로 10:00 ~ 16:00까지만 운영함

4. 장학금별 서류 제출처

  가. T/AS : 추천 교수 소속 학과 행정실로 제출 (대학원 교수는 대학원 교학팀, 학부 교수는 학부 학과 사무실)

  나. 이공계우수장학금(연장), 입학성적우수(연장)/현역군인/산업융합협동과정(연장)/글로벌스칼리십(연장)/고시 장학금 

     : 학생 소속 학과 행정실

5. 장학금 신청서류는 이메일을 통한 접수가 불가함(직접 접수만 가능, 접수 누락 방지)

    ※ 이공계우수장학금(연장추천)은 4대 보험 미가입 확인서 제출 필수

6. 장학금 지급 시기 안내

  가. 1차 신청 장학금 수혜자로 선정 시 등록금 고지서에 선감면 처리(등록금 - 장학금 = 잔액만 납부)

  나. 등록금 분납 신청자는 등록금 완납이 확인되는 12월 초, 본인 명의 계좌로 지급

Scholarship applications for enrolled graduate students for the Fall 2026 semester are now open. 

Please submit your application within the designated period.

1. Eligibility

Master's, Doctoral, and Integrated Master's–Doctoral students enrolled for the Fall 2026 semester
(Newly admitted students and students who have completed coursework are not eligible.)

2. Scholarships Available for Application

A. Teaching/Assistantship (T/AS) Scholarship
(Newly admitted students may apply only during the second-round scholarship application period (post-payment). Applications are not accepted during the first-round application period (tuition deduction).)

B. Outstanding Admission Scholarship (Renewal)

C. Active-Duty Military Scholarship

D. Outstanding Science and Engineering Scholarship (Renewal)

E. Industry Convergence Interdisciplinary Program Scholarship (Renewal)

F. Global Scholarship (Renewal)

G. National Examination Scholarship

※ Applications for all other scholarships will be accepted during the second-round application period (scheduled to begin on August 25).

3. Application Deadline

By 4:00 PM, Thursday, July 23, 2026 (Late submissions will not be accepted.)

※ Application deadlines may vary by department. Please confirm the deadline with your department.

※ During the summer break, the administrative office will operate on shortened hours from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

4. Submission Office by Scholarship Type

A. Teaching/Assistantship (T/AS) Scholarship: Submit to the administrative office of the department to which the recommending professor belongs.

• Graduate school professors: Graduate School Academic Affairs Office
• Undergraduate professors: Undergraduate department office

B. Outstanding Science and Engineering Scholarship (Renewal), Outstanding Admission Scholarship (Renewal), Active-Duty Military Scholarship, Industry Convergence Interdisciplinary Program Scholarship (Renewal), Global Scholarship (Renewal), and National Examination Scholarship:
Submit to the administrative office of your department.

5. Submission Method

Scholarship application documents cannot be submitted by email. Applications must be submitted in person to prevent omissions.

※ Applicants for the Outstanding Science and Engineering Scholarship (Renewal) must submit a Certificate of Non-Enrollment in the Four Major Social Insurance Programs.

6. Scholarship Disbursement

A. Students selected during the first-round application period will receive the scholarship as a tuition reduction reflected on the tuition bill.

(Tuition Fee − Scholarship Amount = Balance Payable) 

B. Students who have applied for tuition installment payments will receive the scholarship by bank transfer to their personal account in early December, after full tuition payment has been confirmed.
