금 학기 학위수여 예정자 중 세부전공명 또는 학위명 선택 대상 학과에 해당되는 경우, 다음의 절차를 유의하시어 기한 내 신청하시기 바랍니다.

1. 신청 기간 : 2026. 7. 21.(화) 09:00 ~ 7. 28.(화) 24:00 (※기한엄수) 

2. 신청 대상 : 관련 규정에 따라 해당하는 학과의 금학기 학위수여 예정자 

  가. 세부전공명 선택

  나. 학위명 선택

3. 신청 방법 : 학생 클래스넷 → 논문 및 졸업 → 졸업예정자 세부전공 및 학위명 선택 → 신청

   ※ 신청 후 지도교수 및 학과장의 최종 승인 하에 세부전공/학위명이 확정됩니다.

   ※ 승인 결과는 마감일 5일 후(평일 기준) 조회 가능합니다.

4. 유의 사항

 가. 기한 내 미신청 시 세부전공 미선택 또는 기존 학위명으로 졸업사정이 진행됩니다.

 나. 마감일까지 취소가 가능하며, 마감일 이후 승인 처리 됩니다. 승인 이후 번복이 불가합니다.  끝.

Students who are expected to graduate this semester and whose department is eligible for the selection of a sub-major or degree title are required to submit their application within the designated period by following the procedures below.

1. Application Period

July 21 (Tue), 2026, 9:00 AM ~ July 28 (Tue), 2026, 12:00 AM (midnight) ※ Late applications will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility

Students who are expected to graduate this semester and belong to departments eligible for sub-major or degree title selection in accordance with the relevant university regulations.

Student ClassNet → Thesis & Graduation → Select Sub-major / Degree Title for Expected Graduates → Apply

•  ※ The selected sub-major or degree title will be finalized upon approval by the academic advisor and the department chair.
•  ※ The approval result can be viewed five (5) business days after the application deadline.

4. Important Notes

 ※ If no application is submitted within the designated period, the graduation review will proceed without a selected sub-major or under the current degree title, as applicable.

 ※ Applications may be canceled until the application deadline. Approval will be processed after the deadline, and no changes or cancellations will be permitted once the application has been approved.
