   가. 원서 접수 : 2026.6.22.(월)∼2026.7.10.(금) 10:00~16:30 (공휴일 및 주말 제외, 기한엄수)

   나. 결과 발표 : 2026.8.5.(수) 16:00 예정 (휴대전화 문자 발송)

2. 접수 장소 : 대학원 교학팀 (홍문관 R521호)

  ※ 제출 가능 시간 : 평일 10:00~16:30 (12:00~13:00 점심시간, 주말·공휴일 휴무)

3. 제출서류 (첨부 파일의 각 양식을 다운로드 받아서 사용)

　가. 대학원 재입학원서

　나. 추천서 (학과장 또는 전공주임교수 날인 필요)

　다. 서약서

　라. 학적원부 (문헌관 1층 학사지원팀에서 평일 업무시간 내(10:00∼16:30) 발급 가능)

4. 재입학 신청자격 및 승인

　가. 재입학은 1회만 승인 가능 

　나. 아래 해당 ‘학위논문 제출기한’ 내에 졸업이 가능한 자

　　※ 학위논문 제출기한

   　① 석사과정(주간) → 입학일로부터 7년

   　② 석사과정(야간), 박사과정 → 입학일로부터 11년

         - 개인별로 소속 대학원 행정실에 문의하여 반드시 확인 요망

  　★ 단, 재학연한 내에 과정의 소정학점을 이수하지 못해서 제적된 자는 신청이 불가능함. 

　다. 대학원별 여석이 있는 경우에 한하여 재입학을 승인함.

5. 재입학 신청시 유의사항

   가. 재입학자는 재입학금과 수업료를 등록금 납부기간에 반드시 납부하여야 함.

        - 등록금 납부기간(예정) : 2026.8.21.(금) ~ 2026.8.28.(금)

      ※재입학생은 등록금 납부 연기 또는 분할 납부가 불가능함.

      ※ 재입학시 입학금이 부과됨

   나. 재입학자는 합격 당해학년도 첫 학기에는 휴학할 수 없으며, 재입학은 1회에 한해 가능함.

   다. 원 소속 대학원 또는 학과명칭이 변경된 경우 대학원 명칭 변경 확인서를 반드시 제출해야 함.

      ※ 변경된 소속 확인이 불가하거나, 클래스넷 비밀번호 초기화 또는 휴면계정 해제가 필요한 경우 

          각 학과 사무실로 문의해야 함.

1. Schedule

a. Application Period: June 22 (Mon) – July 10 (Fri), 2026, 10:00 AM–4:30 PM (Weekdays only; closed on weekends and public holidays. Late submissions will not be accepted.)

b. Announcement of Results: August 5 (Wed), 2026, scheduled for 4:00 PM (Notification will be sent via text message.)

2. Submission Location

Graduate School Academic Affairs Team (Hongmun Hall, Room R521)

※Submission Hours: Weekdays, 10:00 AM–4:30 PM (Closed during lunch break: 12:00 PM–1:00 PM, and on weekends/public holidays.)

3. Required Documents (Please download and complete the required forms from the attached files.)

a. Application for Graduate School Readmission

b. Letter of Recommendation (Department Chair's or Program Director's official seal/signature required)

c. Statement of Pledge

d. Academic Record (Student Registry)
(Available from the Academic Support Team on the 1st floor of Munheon Hall during office hours: 10:00 AM–4:30 PM on weekdays.)

4. Eligibility and Approval for Readmission

a. Readmission is permitted only once.

b. Applicants must be able to complete their degree within the thesis submission deadline specified below.

※Thesis Submission Deadline

• Master's Program (Daytime): Within 7 years from the date of admission
• Master's Program (Evening) / Doctoral Program: Within 11 years from the date of admission
• -Applicants are strongly advised to confirm their individual thesis submission deadline with their respective Graduate School administrative office.

★Please note: Students who were dismissed because they failed to complete the required coursework within the maximum period of enrollment are not eligible to apply for readmission.

c. Readmission is granted only if vacancies are available in the respective Graduate School.

5. Important Notes for Readmission Applicants

a. Students admitted through readmission must pay the readmission fee and tuition during the designated tuition payment period.

•     Scheduled Tuition Payment Period: August 21 (Fri) – August 28 (Fri), 2026

※Please note: Deferred payment and installment plans are not available for readmitted students.

• ※An admission (entrance) fee will be charged upon readmission.

b. Students readmitted to the Graduate School may not take a leave of absence during their first semester after readmission. Readmission is permitted only once.

c. If the name of the applicant's former Graduate School or department has changed, a Certificate of Graduate School/Department Name Change must be submitted.
