대학원에서는 공모전 및 각종 대회에서 입상한 학생에 대하여 포상하고자 하오니 해당되시는 학생은 아래의 내용을 참고하셔서 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 추천대상

   가. 본교 대학원생 신분으로 참가하여 2025.12.14. ~ 2026.6.14.까지(수상일 기준)

        국내외 대외 공모전 및 각종 대회 입상자로 2026학년도 1학기 재학생 및 휴학생, 

        수료생 신청 가능.

   나. 대학원장이 심의에 부합할 만 하다고 판단되는 자

2. 추천자격

   가. 국제대회

       1) 공모전 및 각종 대회 1~4위 입상자

       2) 학술대회 1~4위 입상자

   나. 국내대회

       1) 공모전 및 각종 대회 1~3위 입상자

       2) 학술대회 1~3위 입상자   

   ※ 제외대상

      • 전공과 무관한 UCC공모전, 홍보대사, 교육참가, 동아리/친목활동등은 제외

3. 추천기한 : 2026. 6. 15(월) ~ 2026.7. 10(금)

4. 시상식은 별도로 실시 하지 않음.

5. 제출방법 

   가. 팀별 1건으로 소속 대학원 담당 조교에게 제출

   나. 심의 양식(붙임2)은 조교가 작성하여 출력본과 파일 모두 제출

   다. 접수받은 조교는 파일을 대학원 교학팀 담당자(jaekakk@hongik.ac.kr)로 이메일로 송부, 제목에 말머리"[학생포상접수]" 사용

6. 제출서류

   가. 학생포상 대상자 추천 공적조서(붙임 양식)

       1) 추천 공적조서의 추천서(추천사유)는 지도교수가 직접 작성하고, 지도교수 및 학과장(전공주임교수) 서명하여 제출

       2) 팀으로 참가한 경우 팀원을 모두 기재 바람.

         (타교생,외부인도 반드시 기재하여야 함,누락시 포상이 불가능함.)

   나. ‘홍익대학교’ 소속으로 응모 했다는 것을 확인할 수 있는 자료

       (상장사본, 수상 공지내역 등)

   다. 상장사본(상장형태가 아닌 경우에는 수상을 증빙할 수있는 서류/트로피 등의 사진제출)

   라. 공모전/대회요강 및 수상결과 공고문

   마. 언론 및 인터넷상에 보도된 자료(있는 경우에 한해 제출)

   바. 학생포상 심의 양식(붙임 엑셀양식) 제출(작성후 파일은 메일로 제출)

7. 유의사항

   가. 2023학년도 1학기부터 학생 포상방법을 총장 표창장 및 장학금에서 총장 표창장 및 기념품으로 대체하오니 유의하시기 바랍니다. 

      (2022-2학기 대학원 장학위원회 결정으로 포상장학금을 기념품으로 대체함)

   나. 2026학년도 1학기부터 휴학생, 수료생도 신청 가능.(2025학년도 2학기 학생상벌위원회에서 의결함.)

1. Eligibility

1. -Students who participated in domestic or international competitions or contests as graduate students of Hongik University and received awards between December 14, 2025, and June 14,  2026 (based on the award date).

   -Applicants must be enrolled students, students on a leave of absence, or students who have completed coursework during the Spring Semester of the 2026 Academic Year.

2. -Students deemed eligible by the Dean of the Graduate School through the review process.

1. A. International Competitions
   1. -Winners of 1st–4th place in competitions or contests
   2. -Winners of 1st–4th place in academic conferences

2. B. Domestic Competitions
   1. -Winners of 1st–3rd place in competitions or contests
   2. -Winners of 1st–3rd place in academic conferences
   3. 
      

※ Not Eligible

• UCC (video) contests unrelated to the applicant's major/ Student ambassador activities/ Educational participation programs/ Club or social activities

3. Application Period

June 15 (Mon) – July 10 (Fri), 2026

4. Award Ceremony

A separate award ceremony will not be held.

5. Submission Method

1. -Submit one application per team to the administrative assistant of your affiliated graduate program.
2. -The Student Award Review Form (Attachment 2) must be completed by the administrative assistant and submitted in both printed and electronic formats.
3. -Administrative assistants who receive applications should submit the electronic files by email to the Graduate School Academic Affairs Team (jaekakk@hongik.ac.kr). 
4.  Please include [Student Award Application] at the beginning of the email subject line.

6. Required Documents

1. -Recommendation Form for Student Award Nominees (Attachment)

   1. A. The recommendation section (reason for recommendation) must be completed by the academic advisor. The form must be signed by both the academic advisor and the department chair (or program director).
   2. B. If the award was received as a team, all team members must be listed.
   3. (Members from other universities or external organizations must also be included. Omission of any team member will result in ineligibility for the award.)

2. -Documents verifying that the applicant participated under the affiliation of Hongik University

4. (e.g., a copy of the award certificate, official award announcement, etc.)

5. -A copy of the award certificate

   (If no certificate was issued, submit other supporting documents or photographs of the trophy or award.)

6. -Competition guidelines and the official announcement of the award results.
7. -News articles or online media coverage (if applicable).

8. -Student Award Review Form (Excel attachment) (Complete the form and submit the electronic file by email.)

7. Important Notes

1. -Beginning with the Spring Semester of the 2023 Academic Year, the student award has been changed from a President's Award Certificate and Scholarship to a President's Award Certificate and Commemorative Gift. (This change was approved by the Graduate School Scholarship Committee in the Fall Semester of the 2022 Academic Year.)

3. -Beginning with the Spring Semester of the 2026 Academic Year, students on a leave of absence and students who have completed coursework are also eligible to apply.
