2026-1학기 대학원 분납등록금 납부 안내(5.27~5.29)/Notice of Graduate School Tuition Installment Payment (May 27-29)

1. 등록금 분할납부 (5월)

      가. 대상 : 분납 신청 후 분납을 진행 중인 학생

      나. 고지서 출력 : 2026. 5. 27(수) 오전 9시 ~ 5. 29(금)   

             등록금 고지서 출력 (바로가기)
            * 학부생/대학원생 선택 및 분할납부 체크 후 학번, 생년월일 등을 입력 후 열람 가능 

             * 등록금 납부 후에는 고지서 출력이 불가하니, 필요 시 미리 출력하시기 바랍니다.

      다.  등록금 납부 :   2026. 5. 27(수) ~ 5. 29(금)


2. 등록금 납부 확인

     가. 등록금 납부 확인서 발급 : 등록금 납부일 다음 날 12시(정오)부터 확인 가능  (단, 금요일 납부 시 그 다음 주 월요일 12시 이후 확인 가능)

          - 본교 홈페이지 > MY HONGIK(*로그인) > 클래스넷 > 고지서/납입증명서 출력 > 등록금납부확인서

     나. 신한은행 실시간 납부내역 확인 : 신한은행 및 가상계좌로 납부한 등록금에 한하여, 납부 즉시 확인 가능

         - 본교 홈페이지 > 좌측 상단 메뉴버튼 클릭 > 바로가기 > 기타 > 실시간 납부내역(신한은행)

            신한은행 실시간 납부내역 조회(바로가기)

    다. 신한은행 SMS 문자서비스 제공 : 개인정보 제공 동의를 한 학생에 한하여, 실시간 납부 확인 SMS 발송
         - 신청방법 : 본교 홈페이지 > MY HONGIK(*로그인) > 클래스넷 > 개인정보 > 개인정보변경 > (하단)개인정보 제공 동의 



3. 자주 묻는 질문 (FAQ)

Q1 : 등록금 가상계좌로 입금이 되지 않습니다. (수취은행 오류, 이체 오류 등)
A1 : 가상계좌는 개인 고유의 계좌번호와 개인별 납부액(수업료 또는 수업료+선택납부금)이 정확이 일치해야 납부가 됩니다. 고지서 상의 계좌번호와 금액을 다시 한 번 확인해주시기 바랍니다.
또는 일부 모바일 뱅킹(우리은행, 농협은행 등)에서 계좌번호만 먼저 입력하여 수취인 확인을 진행하는 경우, 납부액(이체금액)이 들어가지 유효하지 않은 계좌로 나오거나 수취은행의 오류라고 나올 수 있습니다. 이 경우에는 인터넷뱅킹(PC)이나 다른 은행의 뱅킹 서비스를 이용하여 이체해 주시기 바랍니다. 
Q2 : 이체 한도가 부족하여 가상계좌로 한 번에 등록금을 전액 납부하기 어렵습니다. 나누어서 가상계좌 입금이 가능한가요?
A2 : 가상계좌로는 1회만 입금이 가능합니다. 사전에 이체 한도를 확인하여 이체 한도를 늘려주시기 바랍니다.
Q3 : 분납 기간 내 납부하지 못했습니다. 다시 납부할 수 있나요?
A3 : 분납 기간 내 납부하지 못한 경우, 분납이 취소되어 일시납으로 전환되며 가상계좌를 통한 납부는 더 이상 불가합니다.
        아래 4-다 항목의 분납 담당부서로 문의하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. Tuition Installment Payment (May)


A. Eligibility

Students who applied for tuition installment payment and are currently paying tuition in installments.


B. Tuition Bill Printing

  • Period: May 27, 2026 (Wed) 9:00 AM – May 29, 2026 (Fri)
  • 등록금 고지서 출력 (바로가기)
    • Select Undergraduate/Graduate School and check the “Installment Payment” option, then enter your student ID number and date of birth to view the bill.
    • After tuition payment is completed, the tuition bill can no longer be printed. Please print it in advance if necessary.

C. Tuition Payment Period

  • May 27, 2026 (Wed) – May 29, 2026 (Fri)


2. Confirmation of Tuition Payment


A. Issuance of Tuition Payment Confirmation

Available from 12:00 PM (noon) on the day after payment.
(For payments made on Friday, confirmation will be available after 12:00 PM on the following Monday.)

B. Real-Time Payment Verification through Shinhan Bank

For tuition payments made through Shinhan Bank or a virtual account, payment status can be verified immediately after payment.

C. Shinhan Bank SMS Notification Service

Students who have agreed to the provision of personal information will receive a real-time payment confirmation SMS.

  • How to Apply:
    University Website > MY HONGIK (Login) > Classnet > Personal Information > Edit Personal Information > Agree to Personal Information Provision (Bottom of Page)


3. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)


Q1. I cannot transfer the tuition to the virtual account. (Receiving bank error, transfer error, etc.)

A1.

Payment through the virtual account is only possible when the personal virtual account number and the exact payment amount (tuition only or tuition + optional fees) match correctly.

Please check the account number and payment amount shown on the tuition bill again.

In some mobile banking services (e.g., Woori Bank, NongHyup Bank), if only the account number is entered first for recipient verification, the system may display the account as invalid or show a receiving bank error because the transfer amount has not yet been entered.

In this case, please use internet banking (PC) or another bank’s banking service for the transfer.


Q2. My transfer limit is insufficient to pay the full tuition amount at once. Can I make multiple transfers to the virtual account?

A2.

Only one transfer can be made to the virtual account. Please check and increase your transfer limit in advance if necessary.


Q3. I missed the installment payment period. Can I still make the payment later?

A3.

If payment is not made within the installment payment period, the installment plan will be canceled and converted to a lump-sum payment. Payment through the virtual account will no longer be available.
